1Why we exist
Roughly one-fifth of the world's meat never reaches the right buyer. Not because demand is missing, but because the infrastructure is broken: buyers and sellers can't find each other across borders, trade documents fail at customs, and nobody can prove what condition a container arrived in. Margin leaks at every step.
We started PinkPacker to fix that friction with software instead of more middlemen.
2What we build
TradeOS is one platform with four connected engines:
- Marketplace — AI matching that surfaces verified buyers for a given cut, with landed-cost pricing.
- Customs Assistant — validates every mandatory field across invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, certificates of origin and health certificates before submission.
- PinkTag IoT — a sensor tag that records temperature and handling events from origin to port, creating an objective quality record.
- TradeOS API — so exporters, importers and brokers can plug it into the systems they already run.

3Where we operate
PinkPacker Inc. is headquartered on Jeju Island, Korea, and runs an Australian trading hub that sources beef and lamb directly from Australian suppliers for buyers across Asia.
4Milestones
- March 2026 — Selected for Korea's TIPS program (Ministry of SMEs and Startups), funding R&D for IoT cold-chain tracking and AI trade-document automation. Read the announcement
