PinkPacker will present at the Rising Star Arena of AEF 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City on 27 October. The forum is hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee with C4IR Ho Chi Minh City. We will show how one meat trade becomes one record, and what that can mean for traceability in the city.
PinkPacker is one of 24 finalists from 12 countries at AI Youth Festa 2026, run by NIPA with support from the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund. Most teams are building AI. We are building what AI needs first: a shared data structure for meat trade, collected from real trades. The final takes place in Manila on 4 and 5 November.
PinkPacker Vietnam Company Limited was registered in Ho Chi Minh City in September 2026. Vietnam is moving toward mandatory food traceability, and our Ho Chi Minh City company will run the first pilot lane, Australia to Ho Chi Minh City, on its own cargo. The tropics are the first climate we calibrate for.
On 15 September 2026 PinkPacker signed an MOU with IT Park Uzbekistan, a national agency under the Ministry of Digital Technologies. We will work together on how meat-trade records can be structured for Central Asia's arid climate. Uzbekistan imported USD 678M of meat from 29 countries between January and August 2026, and it is building a unified national food information platform.
In April 2026 PinkPacker was selected for TIPS, the deep-tech programme of Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The R&D covers two things: AI that reads and verifies trade documents, and a tag that records the condition of cargo inside a sealed container. Both feed one record per trade.
In October 2025 PinkPacker presented at FAO headquarters in Rome as one of the UN FAO Top 50 Global Innovators. We showed how a meat importer can cut loss by recording each shipment end to end, from the documents to the cargo itself. Our field data from Kenya, 250,000+ cold-chain data points from slaughter to distribution, was part of that story.
